The TeesOnly merchandising program is built on ethics and transparency. There are no hidden costs, no unnecessary restrictions, and no opaque terms—only clear, fair collaboration.
The platform is divided into three equal verticals:
1. TeesOnly Original Designs
Original concepts created by the TeesOnly team and published across our product line.
2. Official Artist Merchandise
Official, licensed merchandise developed in collaboration with artists, aligned with their identity and audience.
3. Official Merchandise for Known Faces, Brands & Creators
Curated merchandise for established personalities, brands, and cultural entities—translated thoughtfully into wearable products.
4. TheGiveBack Program
Curated merchandise for everyone where the proceeds go to a good cause.
This program remains zero-investment for all partners at all times.
TeesOnly manages end-to-end logistics, including production, fulfillment, and operations.
Artist Merchandise
70–30 profit sharing, with 70% to the artist and 30% to TeesOnly.
Official Merchandise (Brands / Known Faces / Creators)
60–20-20 profit sharing, with 60% to the partner and 20% to TeesOnly and 20% to the artist.
Partners will be provided access to the TeesOnly portal, along with guided onboarding on how to filter and access order and sales data.
Monthly settlements – Settlements for March will be handled with April settlement by May 16th of that year. Year ending formalities.

Artist Merchandise: All artwork and designs provided by the artist and used for merchandise shall be owned by the artist. TeesOnly will have the right to use the artwork solely for the purpose of producing and selling the agreed merchandise during the term of the collaboration.
Official Merchandise: All designs created by TeesOnly for official merchandise shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of TeesOnly. Ownership will remain with TeesOnly until all related data is formally purged, after which no further rights or usage shall be retained by the artist or partner (TeesOnly).
All designs, artworks, and creative assets used or created under this collaboration—whether for artist merchandise or official merchandise—shall be legally protected by TeesOnly. TeesOnly shall take necessary steps to safeguard these designs against unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution.
For the purpose of TeesOnly’s merchandising programs, licensing of artwork or permission for merchandising means a limited, revocable, and purpose-specific authorization granted to TeesOnly by the artwork owner (artist or rights holder), allowing TeesOnly to reproduce, adapt, print, display, market, and sell the artwork exclusively on approved merchandise products through TeesOnly-managed platforms and channels.
This license:
Does not transfer ownership of the artwork unless expressly stated in writing.
Is granted solely for merchandising, distribution, promotion, and sale of products produced and fulfilled by TeesOnly.
Applies for the duration of the collaboration, or until the associated data and assets are formally purged by TeesOnly.
Permits TeesOnly to make technical or production-related modifications (scaling, color correction, placement) necessary for manufacturing.
Prohibits the artist or third parties from using the same licensed designs for competing commercial merchandise during the term, where exclusivity is agreed.
Is subject to TeesOnly’s intellectual property protection and enforcement policies.
This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) shall be executed through digital/electronic signing. Upon being digitally signed by all parties, the signed MoU shall be shared via email and shall constitute a valid, binding, and enforceable legal agreement, equivalent in effect to a physically signed document.
Each party agrees that electronic signatures and scanned or digitally executed copies of this MoU shall be admissible as evidence and enforceable under applicable law.
The artist shall have the right to set their own deadline for the one-time obligation of submitting artwork required for the artist’s merchandise page to go live on TeesOnly. TeesOnly shall activate the artist’s page only upon receipt of the final, submission-ready artwork as provided by the artist.
Any delay in submission beyond the artist-defined deadline shall not create any obligation or liability on TeesOnly, nor shall it be deemed a breach by either party.
Clear and transparent communication regarding deadline extensions shall always be acceptable and considered in good faith by TeesOnly. Reasonable extensions may be granted where timely communication is provided.
Failure to meet agreed deadlines without prior communication, or ignoring official communications related to artwork submission or obligations under this MoU, shall be treated as a material breach and may result in termination of this MoU at TeesOnly’s discretion, without further liability.
All artwork submitted for regular T-shirt printing must adhere to the following specifications:
Canvas Size: A4 (portrait) OR 2226 × 2401 pixels
Resolution: 300 DPI
File Format: PNG
Background:
White or single-colored backgrounds must be fully transparent
No visible background is permitted in the final file unless you need a background portrayed
Dark T-Shirt Requirement:
If black or dark-colored T-shirts are to be considered, the artist must adjust colors for visibility and contrast
A separate, optimized file must be submitted specifically for dark T-shirts
Print-Ready: Files must be final, flattened, and suitable for direct printing without further edits
Artwork that does not meet these specifications may be rejected or returned for correction prior to production.
All artwork submitted for regular T-shirt printing must adhere to the following specifications:
Canvas Size: A3 (portrait) -12×16.5 inches
Resolution: 300 DPI
File Format: PNG
Background:
White or single-colored backgrounds must be fully transparent
No visible background is permitted in the final file unless you need a background portrayed
Dark T-Shirt Requirement:
If black or dark-colored T-shirts are to be considered, the artist must adjust colors for visibility and contrast
A separate, optimized file must be submitted specifically for dark T-shirts
Print-Ready: Files must be final, flattened, and suitable for direct printing without further edits
Artwork that does not meet these specifications may be rejected or returned for correction prior to production.
