        Merchandise Program

        The TeesOnly merchandising program is built on ethics, transparency, and fair collaboration. There are no hidden costs, unnecessary restrictions, or opaque terms—only clear and honest partnerships.

        The platform operates across four distinct verticals:

        1. TeesOnly Originals
        Original concepts and designs created by the TeesOnly team.

        2. Official Artist Merchandise
        Licensed merchandise developed in collaboration with artists and creators.

        3. Official Merchandise for Brands, Creators & Public Figures
        Curated merchandise created for established personalities, brands, organizations, and cultural entities.

        4. TheGiveBack Program
        Purpose-driven merchandise where a portion of proceeds supports meaningful social and community initiatives.

        This program is completely zero-investment for all partners. TeesOnly manages end-to-end production, fulfillment, logistics, and operations.

        Partners receive access to the TeesOnly Partner Portal, along with guided onboarding on accessing sales, order, and performance data.

        • Monthly Settlements: Settlements are processed monthly. Due to year-end accounting formalities, March earnings are included with the April settlement and released by 30 June.
        • Account Statements: Detailed settlement statements are provided for months with more than five transactions.
        • Portal Access: Access the portal at https://teesonly.in/wp-admin using your assigned credentials. Navigate to WooCommerce → Orders → Your Name → Filter to view relevant orders.

        We do not interfere in concepts or style of art. This is YOUR merchandise!


        One-time obligation to provide 8 (eight) design submissions for the page to go live. All designs must be delivered within 45 (forty-five) days from the date of signing of the MoU.

        A minimum of 8 designs must be submitted as a one-time requirement for the merchandise page to go live. The artist may choose the launch date.

        • Artist Merchandise: All artwork, designs, and related intellectual property provided by the artist remain the sole property of the artist. TeesOnly receives a limited, non-exclusive right to use such artwork solely for the production, marketing, and sale of the agreed merchandise during the active term of the collaboration.
        • Official Merchandise: All designs, artwork, and creative assets developed by TeesOnly for official merchandise remain the exclusive intellectual property of TeesOnly. No ownership, licensing, or usage rights are transferred unless expressly agreed in writing by both parties.

        All designs, artworks, and creative assets used or created under this collaboration—whether for Artist Merchandise or Official Merchandise—shall be actively protected by TeesOnly. TeesOnly may undertake copyright enforcement, monitoring, takedown actions, and other reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of these works.

        For the purposes of TeesOnly’s merchandising programs, a license or merchandising permission grants TeesOnly a limited, revocable, and purpose-specific right to reproduce, adapt, print, market, distribute, and sell approved artwork exclusively on TeesOnly-managed merchandise and sales channels.

        This license:

        • Does not transfer ownership of the artwork unless expressly agreed in writing.
        • Applies solely to the production, promotion, distribution, and sale of TeesOnly merchandise.
        • Remains valid for the duration of the collaboration unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement.
        • Permits reasonable technical and production-related modifications, including resizing, color correction, formatting, and placement adjustments required for manufacturing.
        • May include exclusivity restrictions where expressly agreed between the parties.
        • Is subject to TeesOnly’s intellectual property protection, copyright enforcement, and brand protection policies.

        This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) shall be executed through electronic or digital signatures. Once digitally signed by all parties, the signed MoU may be exchanged via email and shall constitute a valid, binding, and enforceable agreement, carrying the same legal effect as a physically signed document.

        Following execution of this MoU, the artist shall have 65 days to submit the minimum required artwork and materials necessary for onboarding and merchandise creation. This requirement shall apply to all agreements executed on or after 15 June 2026.

        Where a party voluntarily withdraws from the collaboration after execution of this MoU, TeesOnly reserves the right to suspend future participation in its merchandising programs and, where permitted by applicable law, seek recovery of any documented costs reasonably incurred in reliance on the agreement.

        Each party agrees that electronic signatures and scanned or digitally executed copies of this MoU shall be admissible as evidence and enforceable under applicable law.

        To activate an artist merchandise page, the artist must fulfill the one-time requirement of submitting the minimum required artwork and related materials. The merchandise page shall go live only after TeesOnly has received and approved all submission-ready assets.

        The artist shall submit the required artwork within the timelines specified by TeesOnly. Delays in submission or abandonment may result in postponement, legal implications, suspension, or cancellation of onboarding at TeesOnly’s sole discretion.

        Any delay in submission beyond the specified timeline shall not create any obligation, liability, or breach on the part of TeesOnly.

        TeesOnly values clear, transparent, and timely communication. Requests for deadline extensions shall be considered in good faith, and reasonable extensions may be granted where advance notice is provided.

        Failure to meet agreed timelines without prior communication, or failure to respond to official communications relating to artwork submissions or obligations under this MoU, may be treated as a material breach of the collaboration.

        In such circumstances, TeesOnly reserves the right to suspend onboarding, delay activation of the merchandise page, or terminate this MoU at its sole discretion, without further obligation or liability.
